Can you do bulk orders?
Yes of course! We love bulk orders but we need a one week minimum lead time, there's only one of me so be nice, the longer the lead time the better for all, no stress, no rush, delivery on time, happy customers - thats what we want and love :)
Can we pick up our order?
Most definitely! If you live in the greater Queenstown area you are more than welcome to collect. We have a small pick up shed on our driveway. Obviously there are no shipping costs for collection.
Are your products safe?
Yes, all our products are non toxic, however, plaster and paint are not the best things to stick in your mouth, thats why we recommend adult supervision when using and suitable for children three years and above.
Can you do custom orders?
Please get in touch, we will do our best to make your idea become a reality, however make sure you give us plenty of time in case we need to source alternative products.
Can I pick specific casts within the categories?
Yes, if you'd like something specific, for example if youre ordering the vehicles kit but you prefer the car and the helicopter over the truck and the train, just send me an email, we can make things happen.
How long is the delivery timeframe?
It depends, if we have the stock ready made it can be packaged and sent the following day. If we need to make your order from scratch, we need at least two days to mix, pour and dry before we ship. Therefore its always a good idea to give yourself plenty of time, especially if it's for a special event. Shipping is Standard NZ Post so it can take 3 to 4 days depending on if you're residential or rural, north or south.
